Information we collect

When you submit a request or buy a service, the studio stores your name, email, brief, optional reference link, order status and payment references. The studio uses these to review and fulfill the project, contact you, deliver files and resolve order issues. A short-lived hash of the request’s network address helps limit spam; the original address is not stored in the application database.

Payments and files

Stripe handles payment details. This site does not store your full card number. Studio orders are stored in the site’s database, and commissioned delivery files are held in private object storage. Creator kit and commission downloads require a verified paid order. The studio desk is restricted to the configured business owner.

Your references and credentials

Only submit artwork you have permission to share. Your optional reference URL is opened for the purpose of your project. Do not submit passwords, API keys or account credentials. The creator kit is supplied with blank settings; your own local credentials and generated files stay in your own workspace. For commissioned work, project references are used with the creation providers needed to fulfill your order, including Meshy. Both accessory services send your description and optional reference-image URL to Meshy automatically after payment. Fulfillment runs in the site’s server environment. When email is connected, Resend receives the recipient address and transactional message needed for receipts, delivery notifications and owner alerts. Email queue records are stored with order records.

Access and retention

Order records and delivery files are retained while needed for fulfillment, customer support and required business records. You can request access, correction or deletion through the studio form using the email associated with your order. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction requirements. Do not share your private receipt link.

Cookies and identity

Sites and payment services may use their own cookies for authentication and payment security. The application does not include advertising trackers. The private studio desk uses ChatGPT sign-in with an owner check; public service requests do not require a customer account when the site is shared publicly.
