Delivery Method & Total Credits

The MS-PAS program is delivered in-person on the main campus. The curriculum utilizes traditional lectures, case-based learning (CBL), & hands-on laboratory instruction. The program requires the successful completion of 115 total academic credit hours.

Didactic Phase (Months 1-12)

Total Didactic Credits: 65

  • PAS 501: Clinical Human Anatomy (5 credits)
  • PAS 510: Pathophysiology I (3 credits)
  • PAS 511: Pathophysiology II (3 credits)
  • PAS 520: Clinical Pharmacology I (4 credits)
  • PAS 530: Physical Diagnosis & Assessment (4 credits)
  • PAS 540: Clinical Medicine I (6 credits)
  • PAS 550: Evidence-Based Medicine (2 credits)

Clinical Phase (Months 13-27)

Total Clinical Credits: 50

Each Supervised Clinical Practice Experience (SCPE) is worth 5 academic credits.
